2014 Diamondback Overdrive Sport 29er Mountain Bike Review

Diamondback Overdrive Sport Online Order & More Info – http://goo.gl/E3fVKA

The 2014 Diamondback Overdrive Sport is an awesome mountain bike! It’s a “29er” mountain bike, meaning that it has 29-inch wheels! Aside from the excellent looks, excellent build quality and excellent features, the price for this MTB bike is very reasonable! Sure, the components aren’t “high-end” but it performs well. The small features like a quick-release seat post illustrate the amount of quality that went into designing this bicycle. The front fork feels nice and can be locked for a firm ride when on the road. The disc brakes perform very well. I’ve rode the 2014 Diamondback Overdrive Sport several times now and love it! If you’re looking for an affordable and reliable exercise bike for trail and/or road, this bicycle is hard to beat! muhammed manjang says:

Can you please make a video of you, actually riding the bike in all speeds, PLEASE!!!!

Maafa 1619 says:

I’d ride that thing on the street but that’s about it.

scboatman945 says:

Good video . very helpful. Could you explain those lock outs on the front suspension? Are they to keep it stiff on hard surfaces? I never owned a mountain bike so I am not sure what they do. I may buy this one. Thanks

Tony TV says:

That’s a smooth looking ride Irix Guy. Well done! That thing should get you into some nice riding opportunities.

Nick Heckford says:

John Doe says:

Nice video.. I’m interested in buying this bike, but i was wondering how well it holds up to downhill jumps. I’m 6’3 and weigh about 220 lbs. Do you think this bike will hold up?

Boyet Flores Jr. says:

I had this similar hard tail mountain bike and its cool features its also 29er and had a frame size of 17″ and similar handle bar components..I just want to test it in any downhill road…

Okaythen001 says:

should I get M or L I am 5  9″

I will be doing maybe 20% mountain trail, and 80% crusing on street, store runs, exercise on pavement mostly….is this a good bike or it’s more toward doing mountain biking?

Manwell Pina says:

this bike frame its very similar to the intense hard  eddie

Glenn Mendoza says:

So interested with this bike.. and been on my top 3 list to buy… till I saw on this video “Made in China” … no offense meant but have to x this on my list.

The DarKris says:

How do you like the Lock-out feature? I’m probably getting the non-lockout one for Christmas b/c it’s under $400, but I felt like it would be needed for road riding. Although I feel like if I get it I’ll either always use it or never use it.

Cristian Galvan says:

I’m 6’6 what size would be good for me

Allen Gopro says:

that’s the one i’m getting for my next videos. so i don’t have to rent out $5000 bikes every time i ride to make my videos

chosenone4447 says:

U think this is the best “budget” mountain bike out there?

mzondi1970 says:

I’m 6 foot 2 as well but im a werid build. I’m am more torso then leg. I only have  a 31 inch inseam. What’s yours? I have a old specialized hard rock im going to sell and possibly look at this one. You still like it? How many miles on it? Does the gearing feel decent for someone out of shape? My meaning, do you have to really hammer on it to make it go even on flat smooth pavement our does it roll pretty well? I don’t know if I made myself clear on that one

Lenny7118 says:

I’m interested in buying this bike but to expensive at my local bike shops. I found it cheaper online.

QUESTION: Did you buy the bike online ? Was it difficult to assemble if you did buy it online ?

Did you have to make any adjustments to the gears , the delrailara etc…

I can’t find an online video or manual on this bike.

Kenny Chee says:

600 bucks on amazon, anyone know of any better prices or sites?

mzondi1970 says:

One more question does it seem like a good solid platform to build on? I.e. is the frame worth putting better forks and rims eventually

THEWATCHERISLOOKING says:

Thy changed the frame I see. I got the 2012 model. Love the bike.

Keith Smith says:

I have this bike. IT’S very comfortable to ride and very fast.

adza botchway says:

this bike is great 🙂 i got it for my birthday. the suspension is very nice and the shifters could be a little quicker and smoother but its no big issue. i realllyyy love the frame shape as well
